Caylos Johnson appeals from the summary judgment granted to his former employer, Eaton Corporation, in his dispute over Eatons offsetting Johnsons disability pension benefits by the workers compensation benefits he receives. We conclude that the decision to make such offset is subject to review under the "arbitrary and capricious" standard and survives scrutiny under that test.
